Return and Exchange Policy
1. **Exchange Conditions:**
- Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please notify us of your exchange request within this time frame.
2. **Products Eligible for Exchange:**
- The products for which you request an exchange must be unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
3. **Shipping Cost for Exchange:**
- Shipping costs for returning the product and shipping the new product are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that these costs are not our responsibility.
4. **Product Condition:**
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product is in perfect condition at the time of receipt. We assume no responsibility for any damage caused by the customer after delivery.
5. **Refund:**
- We do not issue refunds. If the product is damaged after delivery and the fault does not come from Kara Cosmetic, we do not issue refunds or exchanges.
6. **Exchange Procedure:**
- Contact our customer service to initiate the exchange process. You will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.
7. **Exchange Deadlines:**
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the exchange as soon as possible. Exact times depend on your location.
We would like to point out that the responsibility for the condition of the product upon exchange lies entirely with the customer, as long as the product has been delivered in good condition by Kara Cosmetic. The shipping costs associated with the exchange are also the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund unless there is a fault on our part.
